AI, GDPR and the AI Act: building it right
An AI project handles data, often personal data. We design each integration with the European framework in mind:
- GDPR. Only the data needed is sent to the model, hosting options in the European Union are preferred, and providers are chosen for their data processing terms.
- AI Act. The European AI regulation, in force since August 2024, applies in stages. Among other things, it requires that users be informed when they interact with an AI system. We build this transparency in from the start.
- Human control. For sensitive answers or decisions, a person stays in the loop.
